Laurent Mercier is known around Paris as a superb drag queen. His shows often reflect this predilection. The interplay of he-she was abundant, but couture tailoring was apparent as well. There has always been a taste in this town for the boy-girl mix, and Mr. Mercier is the best interpreter of the genre.
