Paris Spring 2005
Bruno Peters
Bruno Pieters

By Christine Suppes

PARIS, October 6 - Bruno Pieters embraced femininity in his spring show, which featured strapless chiffon baby doll dresses, silver sequined play suits, and prim and proper ladies who lunch suits, one in gorgeous gold brocade. The three quarter sleeves and slightly rounded boat neck collars of his jackets were fresh and very pretty, his color palette soft and couture, featuring creamy off whites, minty blues beiges and black. Mr. Pieters has taken a quantum leap since his earlier rock and roll sportswear days, and embraces refinement and a gentle aura in this beautiful collection.
