Sometimes it takes three to tell the story. The story for the trio this season takes us into the world of semi-precious stones which for many of us have symbolic and spiritual meaning. The talisman and the amulet have always had a special place in the design of on aura tout vu. This season they have embraced Mother Nature, and in doing so found a rhythmic, enchanting tale of gem colored gowns, encrusted in the gemstones themselves. An invincible quicksilver siren followed a floating amethyst angel. A princess of serenity in a landscape jasper embroidered evening coat over a chiffon tunic preceded a goddess of wisdom in a short chiffon dress embroidered in large jade pieces under a jade lace boudoir jacket. Incandescence is the light of couture, reflected in this bejeweled collection that paid homage to the spirit of Earth while lifting us above the ground.
