Always feminine and fresh, Blumarine presented the season's prettiest look--floaty, watercolored floral print chiffon dresses, a la the Twenties, often anchored with seashells on long leather strips.  Jeweled shoes, lace hems, and clutch bags added to the ultra-softness of the collection, one that Fashionlines predicts will fly out of the stores. While this is not a no-brainer way to dress, it is a successful summer look that will put the wearer in this season's Fashion Winner Circle.
