PARIS, March 2, 2005 - The Stella Cadente show, produced by Stanislassia Klein, featured a hodgepodge of ideas with no clear message: fur hats, summertime prints, hallucinogenic colors, and peculiar breastplates and crowns popping up here and there. Program notes unfortunately did little to help clarify the matter. From them, we learn that Mucha is a spy from the great cold, Mata Hari is the beast that sleeps, Wendy is ready to follow you, and Miss Me is going to miss you. These explanations, like the collection, need a clearer translation.
